  The customer is contracted client of Lanes & Planes GmbH for the usage of their digital travel management solution. The provided hotel content as well as company negotiated rates will be subject to availability via ehotel. This agreement authorities ehotel to provide negotiated company rates of the customer via the digital travel management solution. The negotiated rates are either available for customers online via Lanes & Planes or as well via the ehotel service center. In order to set the booking availabilities the costumer ensures to provide all required data for ehotel (contact details of contracted hotels, negotiated rate etc.)
