Located in **Company Account - User** you can find all registered users. Click on "Edit" to change the user-specific settings.

At this point, you have several options to manage your users:

- **Download User CSV**, to get a complete picture of all created users (active, inactive, guests)
- Filter/Search for users incl. **Show guests** and **Show disabled users**
- Direct access to the respective user profile incl. **Preferences**, **Loyalty & Discount Cards**, **Personal Setting**, as well as the **Bookings & Tickets** of the user
