During your booking, an issue occurred, so it could not be confirmed immediately.

Our support team has been automatically notified and will review your booking request as quickly as possible.

If you do not wish to wait for support to process your request, you have the option to cancel your booking request.

Please note that this option is only available immediately after completing the booking. Once you leave the page and return later, the button will no longer be visible.

To cancel the request, please click the “Cancel booking request” button above.

After clicking, you will first receive an automatic email from Lanes & Planes.

You will then receive another email informing you whether the cancellation of your booking request was successful.
