Our solution is typically suitable for an annual travel volume of €30,000 or more, so that cost-saving potential can be fully realized and the integration of an all-in-one solution such as Lanes & Planes is worthwhile.
Can I make last-minute changes to my booked trip?
Of course, you can make changes to flights, hotels and rental cars that have already been booked at any time, i.e. up to directly before departure or during the trip. The fees for this depend on the tariff booked.
Can I speak German with all service staff?
The service staff at Lanes & Planes are permanently employed, trained travel agents who speak German.
Which accommodation providers does Lanes & Planes work with?
Lanes & Planes has access to over 70 hotel platforms and therefore has over 1 million hotels on offer. In addition, Lanes & Planes has special agreements with many providers and can therefore offer non-public rates such as booking.com Genius rates. Airbnb apartments can also be booked directly with Lanes & Planes.
Can I also use Lanes & Planes and the special rates for private trips?
In theory, you can offer your employees the option of booking their vacations via Lanes & Planes. Invoicing and payment to Lanes & Planes is carried out in the same way as for business trips. To do this, you would have to create a “private” cost center, which your employees then select when booking a vacation. The employee is then invoiced internally by you.
