How does the Lanes & Planes platform ensure compliance with my company's travel policy?
Travel policies can be easily imported into the Lanes & Planes solution both during onboarding and afterwards. You decide whether exceptions can never be booked in principle, only with the declaration of the traveler or only with prior approval. This so-called ‘upstream business trip application’ is available as a bookable additional module.
How flexible can my travel policy be? Can I set different rules for different trips?
The travel policy can be designed flexibly and according to your preferences with Lanes & Planes. It is also possible to define separate rules for each employee category and travel category.
Are low-cost airlines also available on Lanes & Planes?
Yes, in principle all airlines are available on Lanes & Planes, including low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet.
Can employees store their own bonus & discount cards?
At Lanes & Planes you have the option of storing your bonus and discount cards. To do this, go to the bonus & discount cards area of your user account. There you will find all the cards already stored and can save a new card by clicking on “add card”.
Can I continue to use bonus programs for companies?
Yes, in the company account you have the option of entering bonus programs from providers, such as an airline, in order to receive your company-specific conditions and rates when booking.
Can we use our own framework agreements with hotel providers?
Yes! In order to be able to store your hotel framework agreements, Lanes & Planes requires certain information about your contract hotel as well as a one-time declaration of consent from you. As soon as this information is available and the hotel has activated the rates, you have full access to your negotiated rates via the system. The rates are then always displayed as the first search results.
